I could not be happier with our partnership with Gisela to rent our property in Chicago. Because of her knowledge of the market, Gisela successfully advised us on the right price point for the rent, pre-selected the right profile for potential tenants resulting in closing after one single showing! It does not get better than that. As a working mom of 2 kids, I was so glad I did not have to keep the house showing ready for weeks. Gisela was wonderful to work with. Being from the UK we had a challenging situation in which we were needing to find a rental within a period of 2 months without being able to physically visit Chicago. Gisela was amazing and went way above and beyond what I would have expected of someone in her role. She was extremely responsive, flexible, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to find places to view. She made sure we could view them with her by using technology and was so understanding and helpful. My wife and I will definitely use her each time we need to find a rental or a home to purchase.

Throughout the entire process, she exceeded our expectations and helped my family find a home in less than 45 days.Main points:+ Chicagoland knowledge -- Gisela was in-touch with local neighborhoods/pricing, popular school zones, and what to expect for resale in each area+ Professionalism -- Gisela comes from a corporate background and many of those skills carried over to real estate. For example, scheduled calls and showings always came with emailed calendar invites to make sure everyone was on the same page+ Negotiation skills -- Our family was interested in putting in an offer on multiple homes. Gisela coached us on when to compete versus when to let sellers come back to us. In the end, we purchased our single-family home for less than the list price in Chicago; that's simply amazing.
